Our Terms and Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Bookings are accepted from persons aged 18 or over and must be confirmed in writing.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost to be paid within 7 days. The balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.  For bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival the total amount is payable.

The Property, Furniture, Fixtures, Fittings and Contents are of a very high standard and in order to maintain this we ask that at the end of your stay the property is left in a clean and reasonable state.

The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any breakages, damage or exceptional cleaning costs occasioned by any member of the party.

The proprietors are not responsible for, and do not accept liability for, any injury sustained by any person, or damage to or loss of any property whilst on the premises.

The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum number booked for each cottage as this invalidates our fire and insurance policies.

The owner reserves the right to enter any property at a reasonable time for the purpose of emergency maintenance, repair or any other need.

The price includes all bed linen, bath and hand towels, tea towels, heating, electricity and basic cleaning materials, washing up liquid and dish washer tablets. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

We regret that in the interest of future guests we cannot allow pets.

The cottages are available from 3p.m. on day of arrival and in order that they may be cleaned we would request that they be vacated by 10 am. on day of departure.

Please ensure that children are not allowed to wander round the working part of the farm unsupervised as a farm can be a dangerous place.

Cancellation fees:

Up to 6 weeks before arrival:  loss of deposit (unless cottage is relet)

4-6 weeks before arrival: half cost of letting

Under 4 weeks before arrival: full cost of letting.

(We strongly recommend that you take out your own insurance in case of cancellation.)

In the event of a part cancellation we reserve the right to change the cottage combination.

Coronavirus

In the event that you develop Coronavirus symptoms and are unable to get home for any reason and are forced to self-isolate in your cottage for longer than your original booking you will be liable to pay for all additional nights.
